Gopal is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with International Coach Federation (ICF) having more than 700 coaching-hours to his credit.
In addition to this he is also a Certified Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholders Centered Coach, 360 Global Leadership Assessor and TEAM coach. He is also
empaneled by a wide variety of world-renowned organizations for executive coaching and development. Gopal is also a Certified NLP Practitioner. Gopal has spent many years providing unique cultural and leadership insights that
help multinational clients achieve new levels of productivity and performance.
Currently, Gopal is engaged with passion to transform business and industry leaders into highly effective corporate stewards. He found that when they work at their brain- level, and improve their thinking, they have always produced stupendous results. Gopal therefore finds that coaching approach derived from the brain science and positive psychology is the best application to realize his mission. He believes in contribution and commitment and coaches leaders to enjoy these rather than considering it mundane and burden. Adherence to ICF competencies ensuring results-focused growth, brain science and positive psychology are his most trusted tools. Gopal has worked with ICF accredited, brain based NeuroLeadership Institute: as a Lead Trainer, Executive Coach and an Assessor. He has assessed executives for their performance coaching skills. Most of the MNCs and top Indian Companies like: Deutsche Bank, Bayer, Times of India, Engineers India, Life Insurance Corporation of India, to name a few, have benefitted with his trainings, mentoring and coaching. Gopal has effectively facilitated Coach Training and Performance Leadership Programs in India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Kenya and Ethiopia.

Gopal started his career with KODAK. During this entire tenure of work experience
with KODAK, he had exposure to cross-functional responsibilities and was thus
rightly qualified for Profit Centre management. Gopal also had a lot of international exposure. He was trained in the USA (Rochester, NY), Singapore, Bangkok and Dubai. As a professional he has worked in the areas of HRD, Consulting and Placements for a wide range of companies including Adlabs-Imax, ABB, Boston Consulting Group, VIP Industries, VIP Clothing, Lovable Lingerie, Tata SSL, L&T, ICICI, Arvind Mills, Anglo- Eastern Ship Management (Hong Kong), MTNL, NITCO Tiles, SmithKline Beecham, Fulford (India), Parke Davis (India), Siemens, Naval Dockyard and College of Naval Warfare as well as the Films Division (Government of India) and many more social, religious and economic organizations. Gopal has vast experience for training business leaders in Bangladesh for organizations like Grameen Phone, Square Pharmaceuticals, Roche, and a host of NGOs like Care Bangladesh, Concern Bangladesh, Action Aid, and chain of Marie Stopes.
Gopal comes with more than 25 years of rich training experience where he has
trained people at all levels in the hierarchy of various Indian and multinational
organizations. He believes in delivering high passion, in-depth knowledge & gives
complete commitment to all his training & consulting assignments.
Mr. Sehjpal is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Management Consultants of
India, Life Member of the National Institute of Personnel Management, as well as
Bombay Management Association and National Council for Quality Management.
He is also on the Board of Directors for VIP Clothing Ltd. and Lovable Lingerie Ltd.
On the social front, Gopal is the Trust-Chairman of Parents of Down Syndrome Association as well as Golden Era Care & Trust.
